Yu, our Japanese expert brings over 17 years of experience in Latin America, combining deep regional expertise with a strong institutional background. He has worked across El Salvador, Mexico, and Peru, and later served as a JICA Expert, leading disaster risk management, health, and education projects in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Peru. Holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and Bachelor’s degrees in Foreign Studies, Education, and Welfare Management, and is fluent in Spanish, offering strategic insight and effective leadership in complex, multicultural environments.
Lizelie Lauz
Hospitality administration specialist with over 15 years of international experience across diverse markets including Canada, Japan, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and El Salvador. With a strong service-oriented mindset, she specializes in customer experience, operations, and cross-cultural engagement, bringing a global perspective to every project.
